Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their client's team in California. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing excellent customer service. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and phone.
  • Process return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) and handle refunds efficiently.
  • Assist with order processing and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
  • Provide comprehensive customer support and address customer concerns effectively.
  • Utilize MS Outlook for communication and scheduling.
  • Familiarity with Adobe and Google programs to assist in various customer service tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook and familiarity with Adobe and Google programs.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 1st Shift
